There will be times in any marriage when things can be tough to get through. That one who swept you off your feet once upon a time may be trying your patience now. No matter what the issues is at hand, remember to try and keep your cool. God is always here for you and your spouse. He loves you both and wants the best for you lovebirds.

Sensible people control their temper; they earn respect by overlooking wrongs.

What causes fights and quarrels among you? Don’t they come from your desires that battle within you? You desire but do not have, so you kill. You covet but you cannot get what you want, so you quarrel and fight. You do not have because you do not ask God.
So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
