God is faithful and reliable. If we confess our sins, he forgives them and cleanses us from everything we've done wrong.
So change the way you think and act, and turn [to God] to have your sins removed.
"If you forgive the failures of others, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don't forgive others, your Father will not forgive your failures.
And now why do you wait? Rise and be baptized and wash away your sins, calling on his name.’
As far as the east is from the west-- that is how far he has removed our rebellious acts from himself.
A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another.
Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.
2 Corinthians 5:17
Whoever is a believer in Christ is a new creation. The old way of living has disappeared. A new way of living has come into existence.
I alone am the one who is going to wipe away your rebellious actions for my own sake. I will not remember your sins [anymore]. Remind me [of what happened]. Let us argue our case together. State your case so that you can prove you are right.
Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.
Bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive.
To him all the prophets bear witness that everyone who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins through his name.”
Whenever you pray, forgive anything you have against anyone. Then your Father in heaven will forgive your failures."
There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
Through the blood of his Son, we are set free from our sins. God forgives our failures because of his overflowing kindness.
“But I say to you who hear, Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you,
“Judge not, and you will not be judged; condemn not, and you will not be condemned; forgive, and you will be forgiven;
